For several years now, I have received from various Readers, from various parts of the world, requests for clarification on the commercial nomenclature of CaetanoBus, visible on its products. For example, what does CT600, CTS090d, CTT065d or CBN070g mean? Assuming my lack of knowledge, I asked CaetanoBus for help to overcome this difficulty – however, I only got indifference in response. As a child, I was taught to always respond to anyone who speaks to me – regardless of the positive or negative content of the response. A practice of good manners and courtesy that, contrary to what happens with several world-class manufacturers, did not exist for me at CaetanoBus, based in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. I therefore apologize to the Readers for, despite my attempts, not being able to help you out. 

Desde há vários anos, tenho recebido de diversos Leitores, de várias partes do mundo, pedidos de clarificação sobre a nomenclatura comercial da CaetanoBus, visível nos seus produtos. Por exemplo, o que significa CT600, CTS090d, CTT065d ou CBN070g? Assumindo o meu desconhecimento, solicitei à CaetanoBus ajuda para ultrapassar esta dificuldade – todavia, obtive apenas a indiferença como resposta. Em criança, ensinaram-me a responder sempre a quem me dirige a palavra – independentemente do teor positivo ou negativo da resposta. Uma prática de boa educação e cortesia que, ao contrário do que sucede com diversos fabricantes de dimensão mundial, não existiu para comigo na CaetanoBus, sediada em Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. Peço assim desculpa aos Leitores por, apesar da minha tentativa, não vos conseguir ajudar. 

Seit einigen Jahren erhalte ich von verschiedenen Lesern aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt Anfragen zur Klärung der Handelsnomenklatur von CaetanoBus, die auf seinen Produkten sichtbar ist. Was bedeutet zum Beispiel CT600, CTS090d, CTT065d oder CBN070g? Meine Unkenntnis vorausgesetzt, bat ich CaetanoBus um Hilfe, um diese Schwierigkeit zu überwinden – erhielt jedoch nur Gleichgültigkeit als Antwort. Als Kind wurde mir beigebracht, immer auf jeden zu reagieren, der mich anspricht – unabhängig vom positiven oder negativen Inhalt der Antwort. Eine Praxis guter Bildung und Höflichkeit, die es für mich bei CaetanoBus mit Sitz in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, im Gegensatz zu dem, was bei mehreren Weltklasse-Herstellern passiert, nicht gab. Ich entschuldige mich daher bei den Lesern dafür, dass ich Ihnen trotz meiner Bemühungen nicht helfen kann.
