Bus operated by TST seen at Praceta Porto de Lisboa,  Trafaria , in November 2019. This bus with fleet number 277 is a Berkhof Ambassador 200 first registered in 2003. It is included in a series of 37 units (241–243, 245–264, 266– 269, and 277–286) delivered in 2010–2011. It has an overall length of 39.4 ft and uses the DAF SB 200 LF chassis with the 136 kW (185 hp) Cummins ISBe 185 engine. This is a former Arriva Nederland vehicle, possibly from the 6171–6189 series, retired at the end of 2009. As a note of interest, SB 200 LF denotes a low-floor (LF) bus chassis (B, bus) with the engine mounted at the back (S, staart or tail), of the 200-series (200). In 2019, based in Laranjeiro, TST, or Transportes Sul do Tejo ¹ , operates regular services, regular specialized services, and occasional services. Bulk carrier operated by Equinox Maritime seen on the Tejo River moored at Terminal de Granéis Alimentares da Trafaria in October 2019. This bulk carrier, named "Equinox Seas" and registered IMO 9229697, is built in Croatia by Brodosplit ¹ and completed in 2003 with yard number 423. It has an overall length of 623 ft and a deadweight tonnage of 52 000 t and falls into the " Supramax " category of ships (50 000 to 60 000 DWT). It uses a Burmeister & Wain main engine. In 2024, Equinox Maritime ² , based in Greece, operates a fleet of over 20 bulk carriers. Here, we see the "Equinox Seas" on the south bank of the Tejo River, moored at Terminal de Granéis Alimentares da Trafaria operated by Silopor , cohabiting with an interesting variety of fishing motorboats. Ferry operated by Transtejo seen on the Tejo River arriving at the Estação Fluvial da Trafaria in October 2019. This ferry of the catamaran type, named Almadense and registered LX-3205-TL, is a Navalria build completed in 2010, yard number 3. Steel hull and superstructure. It has an overall length of 155.8 ft and can accommodate 360 passengers and 29 vehicles (360+29V+4). Two elevators allow the easy access of passengers with reduced mobility to the upper deck. Vogelsitze Pino 300 seats. It uses two 634 kW (850 hp) Caterpillar C32 ACERT main engines and two variable-pitch propellers. Service speed is 11 knots. Its class includes two vessels, Almadense and Lisbonense , built in Portugal by Navalria. Established in 1975 and based in Lisboa , Transtejo operates regular services and occasional services on the Tejo River estuary.
